From Access to Authorship—Rewriting Education for the Blind
Our special edition of the Ramayana, created in collaboration with Access For All, brings India’s beloved epic to blind and visually impaired readers. Featuring Braille text paired with finely crafted raised illustrations, the book offers a multisensory storytelling experience - making ancient wisdom accessible to all, regardless of ability.
Our Braille-Tab leverages haptic technology to transform audio into tactile graphics, enabling visually impaired students to explore diagrams and images through touch. It uses WAV format for high-quality audio, NLP for accurate text-to-graphic conversion, and 8x8 dot grid for detailed tactile interaction. Our Tactile Books and Maps feature embossed, detailed visuals that make complex concepts accessible through touch.
Custom-designed books in Braille, image, and audio formats created by youth for blind learners in India’s under-resourced schools.
We run a youth-led publishing platform that trains blind and disabled youth to write, create zines, speak at workshops, and build creative and communication skills—while also developing tactile books and providing trained scribes to support visually impaired students in exams and daily learning.
